金盆洗手，不只是痴人说梦，只是现实能有几个人如此幸运。《极盗车神》 在国外评价很高，音乐与飙车的完美融合，盗贼与受害者之间的情感纠葛，大概是国内观众不热衷彩蛋的原因，中西方文化的诧异导致此片口碑一般。

“说起来你可能不信，我抢银行的时候都没这么刺激。”电影开篇就是三个盗贼持枪抢劫，画面一转就是出场自带bgm的男主控制不住的随着音乐摇摆。
音乐作为一个重要元素贯穿剧情，看上去善良天真的男孩屡次协助盗贼们逃出生天，格格不入的性格总是被人怀疑能力。

当然影片也是存在硬伤的，比如某墨一直对于老板的转变不解——一个全家都是盗贼的的幕后大佬，前面还拿女友养父的命运威胁男主，后面就被男女主的爱情感动到以命换命落得个惨死局面？至于影片充满希望的结局，这个就仁者见仁智者见智了。
