琵琶种类

1、五弦琵琶

中国古代弹拨弦鸣乐器。简称“五弦”。五弦琵琶历史久远、造型别致，盛唐时期曾流行于我国广大中原地区，并东传日本、成为中日文化交流的历史见证。起源于古代印度，经丝绸之路传入中国并被加以改造。琵琶一般都是四弦，五弦的被专门称为五弦。

2、南音琵琶

流行于闽南和台湾一带。是演奏福建南音的主要乐器之一，在乐队中起着指挥作用。常和南音洞箫配在一起，共同演奏乐曲的旋律，使清淡、委婉的福建南音，富有浓郁的地方特色。
