《电锯惊魂》高分血腥电影榜首，片长103分钟，某瓣评分8.8分。

一觉醒来的亚当（雷•沃纳尔 Leigh Whannell饰）发现自己被困在一个废弃的厕所里。他的对面是同样命运的劳伦斯（加利•艾尔维斯 Cary Elwes 饰）——他们被人用铁链绑住了腿，并吃惊发现二人中间横亘着一个恐怖的死人。

《孤儿怨》描写扭曲人性的
《沉默的羔羊》很经典的说
《致命ID》小说构思很疯狂，原来人的内心世界可以那么丰富。
《终极面试》非暴力，但剧情也是是一群人在密室里找答案。
《7宗罪》非常经典
《致命弯道》1-4，我感觉第二部最好看，血腥感觉非常好，血腥大片，惊悚片好爱着必看
《隔山有眼》1-2，美国经典血腥片，第二看堪称神作，血腥度，自我感觉超过电锯惊魂，其中还包括变异矿工
《黑暗侵袭》1-2 这个电影第一部在当年被评为最佳恐怖片，血腥，惊悚，最重要的是人性的表达，这点事高于其他纯血腥片的，在经历死亡边缘的时候,你会救自己还是救朋友？
再介绍一点小众的，没有上面的那么有名气，但是血腥度，惊悚度丝毫不差，都是我自己看过的

貌似这些比较好看，其他还有很多纯粹追求视觉刺激的电影我不太喜欢
电锯惊魂精彩之处不就是描写人性的？要看刺激的视觉效果，直接豚鼠系列，不解释
