⑴ 我在美国电影里看到一石二鸟英文是“one stone two birds”.请问为什么美国那边也有这样的谚语呢

因为一石二鸟是17世纪从英语的「kill two birds with one stone」翻译过来的词汇，而非汉语来源的词汇。至于「一石三鸟」之类的说法则反而是「一石二鸟」派生而来。与之相对，汉语中意思相近的说法是「一举两得」「一箭双雕」。

英语的来源有说来自希腊神话，讲的是Daedalus 和他的儿子 Icarus在试图从Crete岛逃走前，曾发现若把石头以巧妙的角度投出，则可以一下击中两只鸟。
