费利克斯·萨尔腾(1869～1947)奥地利著名小说家、剧作家，也是一位著名的记者。萨尔腾擅长写儿童小说，其中的主人公尤以动物居多，作者借助动物们的形象，以拟人化的手法，栩栩如生地反映了人类与大自然、与动物和谐相处以及向往幸福、希望和平的美好愿望。
