第一要做的肯定是找原因，电影中问了三个问题，不过第二个是对第一个的一种否定。你幸福吗？这是一个问题，这个问题我无从回答，咋们还是各自去思考各自的答案。不过从第二个问题来看，你的回答只要是回忆过去，总结过去，还有就是对未来的想象，那很明显，你是不幸福的，这是必然。话又说回来，居然对过去和未来的回忆和想象是不幸福的，那幸福就只有一种情况，那就是活在当下，不去思考过往和未来的任何事情，努力做好喜欢做的事情。

第二个问题，如果如期没有完成你想要完成目标，你会做什么？这个问题电影中没有回答，我想原因是因为丹的性格不允许自己失败吧！关于这个问题我自己目前给自己的答案是继续做自己喜欢的事情，各位的答案就自己去思考。

原因找到了，简单的总结就是不敢面对未来的失败和对过往的事情有所依恋，那接下来就是解决问题。电影中是以吃夜宵的方式呈现出来的，苏格拉底吃得很慢，而丹却狼吞虎咽。这个现象在电影中只是吃，把其描述到生活中就是你学知识的能力，现实生活中的个体学习能力和智慧的装化能力是不一样的，不过学习的时候慢下来或与自己智慧的转化能力匹配，这样知识泡沫就会少很多，也就不会那么快遇到瓶颈期了。

电影中是这么说的“要慢慢来才能品尝到精髓。我们所做的都会反馈给我们自己本身，这就是我们生活的相互作用。在人的一生里，每个人告诉你要怎么做，什么对你有意，这是错误的，我们不应该从外部世界去收集信息，而是从内心出发自己去思考。”

话很长很多，以我自己的能力就只能有以下理解：1、不管是学知识还是做事情，要慢慢来，细细品味。不过这里的慢不是单纯的说节奏慢，而是符合你的能力，所以不要以自己的指标去定义别人。2、我们所做的事情会通过某种媒介来影响我们的生活。通常的媒介是身体，而通常影响生活的是各种情绪。为什么？因为人在做某件事时会给自己某个结论，结果与结论相符或相离，对人本身就会有情绪的产物。而我们要做的就是要有事先的结论。3、自己想要的事物，永远是自己内心要得到的，可以参考别人的，但不能按部就班。以上就是我对其的一些理解。

大多数人有过深夜独自躺在床上的经历，都明白，黑夜是与自己谈话的时候，清冷的月光隔绝了白日里纷扰忙碌的种种，并不明亮的光线下你可以让自己的思绪缓缓流动，并最终找到方向，月光下你可以回想起很多人，而需要面对的只有自己，你可以听到那些在日光下被湮没了的细小的感动、不满、不安、恐惧与渴望，你会去想你所有的付出，隐忍究竟是为了什么，通常你会告诉自己，大半夜的瞎想这些干什么，再不睡，明天又起不来了。

而真正的战士，会在找寻与思索之后获得答案，那不是你所为你的角色得到答案，而是为你自己寻得的答案，那问题不是你为什么要做这件或是那件事，而是你为何要做所有的事。因为有了这份答案，真正的战士不是水上的浮萍或空中的蒲公英，他们会是挺拔繁茂的树，深深扎根于自己内心的泥土之中，有一份明晰的坚持与守候，不再害怕日光温和的审视。

心理学老师让我们看这部片子然后用弗洛伊德马斯洛来分析，很不情不愿的看了看这片子，当时真是感觉坠在云里雾里，这片子闷得不行，我心里骂了苏格拉底千千万万遍，恨不得大啖其肉。

如果是我，我也不会愿意被弗洛伊德一遍再马斯洛。

可是昨天晚上竟然没来由的睡不着，一遍一遍的想着苏说的话，觉得好像自己一直以来深受困惑的问题有了解答。

亲爱的楚楚，你还有好多好多事没完成呢。

有时候真的很后悔，不知道自己的选择是对是错，很小的时候爸爸就跟我讲，你要当一个科学家，这个世界太复杂，你只要和机器打交道，那样最简单。我现在觉得，他才是这个世界上真正明白的人，追求一种简单的生活，一切都简化，幸福感随之而来。而我在这里，午夜里睡不着，想着过往的事，想着未来的事，那种虚无的感觉深深的袭上心头。

深夜加油站遇见苏格拉底，遇见是个多么美妙的词，苏格拉底则更是个美妙的词。他告诉我们我一直活在过，看到的都不是真实，我每过一段时间都会想象如果自己当初好好填了志愿结果会怎样，在不同的地点遇见不同的人和事，过着不同的生活，我也不知道我会不会快乐。可是这世界上是没有如果的，你看日子都过了快一年了，对于这个城市依旧没有归属感，每次站在地铁里，还是习惯于看着各个地方来的形形色色的人，想象着他们身上的故事，我想，在这个支离破碎，满是外乡人的城市里，应该很少有人会快乐吧，地铁里永远是1985年的感觉，经常有拎着好多好多黑色塑料袋的满面尘土的老人，他们什么也不想的推着前面的人只想挤上地铁，被前面衣着光鲜的北京姑娘很是嫌弃的呵斥一顿。

我在一号线的时候觉得自己像个哲学家，可是苏格拉底说我们脑子里的其实都是垃圾，人们都不是真正像自己想的那样。

我之前会想如果上了交大，每天在实验室里做化学实验真是再让我幸福不过的一件事，现在又想，如果了武汉，能够坐在喜欢的人单车后看同一个城市的夜景，我会不会不像现在这么孤独。有时候真的会忍不住哭，上帝给我的那么好的人生怎么就被我搞砸了弄成这种样子，我觉得这个城市除了教会我虚荣之外好像什么都没有，我越来越自卑，越来越活在过。

既然回不了，能够活着总是好的，那些在梦里一觉就醒不过来的人，他们该会多么羡慕我们朝九晚五的生活。我想要好好学英语，最好能够考到上外的高翻，要不然能够在经济杂志或者旅游杂志当记者也是不错的，

再则，下次潮鸣招新一定要，那也是我的梦想啊，能够拿着话筒在闪光灯下，能够让大家笑起来，像我笑起来那样。

兼职是必须得做的，要攒钱旅行。

苏格拉底说要活在当下，过和未来都不是真实的生活，开始觉得他说的再好不过了，反思过和憧憬未来都是让我们的现在能够更有动力不再重蹈覆辙，只是不要太过量就好。

活在当下？我曾经对这个词感到困惑，不就是生活在现在嘛，有什么值得现今灵修界高度重视？不过，在看了和平战士之后，我对活在当下有了全新的见解。

《和平战士》主要讲了一个受人羡慕的校体男孩在偶然间遇到了一位心灵导师，这位名叫苏格拉底的哲人一步步告诉、引导这个男孩活在当下，使他获得了生活和事业上的成功。

影片的开始，讲述了一个校体队的佼佼者，因为太过于担心自己的未来比赛的结果，在晚上梦到自己失误而折断腿不能入睡。日有所思，夜有所梦，这说明他生活在未来的恐惧中，不思考现在该如何努力，反而一直对未来担心。这种心态使他备受不安的折磨。仔细想一想，这种生活在未来的人不就在我们身边吗？有多少人在考试前不学习，而只害怕面对未来，有多少人不踏实干好本职，却思前想后。这种人只能错过现在，也错过了未来。

影片接着播放主角认识了苏格拉底并和他进行了心灵沟通。苏格拉底的第一个问题是：“你快乐吗？”一个人活着的目的就是让自己的内心真正快乐，可惜这个倔强的家伙认为我这么出色，当然快乐喽。可见，他已经有了错误的价值观，快乐来于外界评价，这也可见他的生活是由别人主导的。然后苏格拉底又试图让他活在自己当下的世界里，但他只是成功地运用了一下便又忘乎所以，这也印证了要活在当下是很难的。我想起老子的一句话：“复归于婴儿”，婴儿无所担忧，无所顾忌，把注意力集中到当下，观察每时每刻都有新鲜事发生，当下的那一刻多么精彩。

苏格拉底活在当下的引导似乎不能让男孩有所成就，他从内心有所抵触，放弃了继续谈话，依旧生活在世俗的世界里，雄心壮志，一心一意要获金牌。结果出了一场车祸，折断了双腿。这次打击让他审视自己的内心，究竟我的真正想法是什么？我该怎么做？通过苏格拉底的教导，他发现，真正的强者不会因为自己喜欢的事受阻而放弃。自己喜欢的不就是吊环吗？于是他坚强地做他的康复训练，但始终不能象以前那样棒，他很沮丧。这时，苏格拉底告诉了他另一个哲理：享受过程，不问结果。这样才能不惧怕失败，做好现在正在做的事。

最终，主角达到了一种忘我的境界，没有过去，没有未来，有的只是现在，在参加奥运比赛时，成功地表演了高难度吊环，得了金牌，更收获了心灵解放，成了一个励志大师。

看完这部电影，我有以下的启示：

1、为自己活，做自己喜欢的事情。只有自己真心爱的东西才可以激起你的巨大能量，你才能做得最好。

2、重点在过程，不在结果。只要一心一意地做事情，不管后果如何。

3、抛弃过去，放下未来，关注现在。不后悔、不惧怕，集中精力做现在该做的事。

这就是我理解的活在当下的含义。

《和平战士》，中文名《深夜加油站遇见苏格拉底》两个中文名我更喜欢后者，前者直陈其事，并未揭示真谛。后者乍看有些怪异，"和平"与"战士"之间表面上是有些矛盾，但再仔细一想，我觉得"和平"更多的是强调平和的心态，摈弃杂念的心态，是一种平常心，而"战士"实际上是指米尔曼一直在跟自己，确切的.说是跟自己的杂念做斗争，这些杂念包括对过去的沾沾自喜和骄傲，对未来不可预知的恐惧，对目标和结果的过分功利等等。

在我看来，米尔曼的心路历程也经历了三个阶段：第一阶段：与过去告别过去的优秀成了一种负累和包袱，将来的未知又一次次让自己胆战心惊。大部分人都是处于这种阶段，不敢放弃，不敢冒险，小心翼翼地生活，殚精竭虑地经营，目的就是在维持已有的基础上，取得更高的成就。这种生活很容易让人疲惫，犹如紧绷的琴弦，随时有曲终人散的危险。当米尔曼被苏格拉底扔下河的一刹那，他暂时摒弃了杂念，这种偶然的感悟使得他在鞍马测试中有着完美的表现。此时的他尚未悟到真谛，反而因为这种突如其来的改变沾沾自喜，把这种状态误当作偶尔用之的技巧或者方法。并因此开始尝试苏格拉底的心灵训练。然而根深蒂固的想法和新的思想产生了激烈的冲突，米尔曼也很快选择了放弃心灵训练，回归之前的自我，显然对那种大部分人都在过的生活，他仍然是得心应手。

直到他不得不面临人生的一次重要的训练，他因闯红灯出车祸，右腿粉碎性骨折，到了不得不放弃的时候。这种生活带来的训练虽然残酷，却是有效的，他开始用心看这个世界，并且发现，没有时刻没有事情发生，没有时刻是平凡的。他开始了解当下的重要性。终于当他在钟楼上任凭过去的自己坠落，他与自己的过去告别了，完成成为和平战士的第一步。他明白到，过去的一切只是获取智慧的一次次实践。第二阶段：把握当下当米尔曼终于卸下了过去的包袱，开始把握当下，开始留意生活中的每个细节，开始用心看这个世界，此时的他变的非常勇敢，超乎想象，一次又一次创造了奇迹。

在医生给出的永不可能再从事体操事业，有可能终生生活在轮椅上的判决书前，他用自己的全心投入，使自己又恢复了体操界的强者身份，但是面对生活，他还不能成为强者。当他满怀信心，踌躇满志，甚至有些洋洋得意地站在队长和队友面前，却得知自己被取消比赛资格时，他表现的很愤怒，感觉自己所做的一切都是徒劳，他甚至开始有些怨恨。他虽然努力去把握当下，但是他还没能完全专注，功利性还存在于他的灵魂深处，使得他仍然脆弱，容易被被外界击倒。一切都是过分功利的目的在作祟。()在他的内心，所做的一切仍然是为了得到别人的认可，别人的赞美。第三阶段：消除功利的目的，以平常心面对生活苏格拉底带米尔曼去爬山，米尔曼最初因为目的地原来是一块石头而失望并且恼怒。但是很快他便体会到重要的是旅程而不是目的地。大部分事情，我们总是先有了目的才去做，我们往往为了结果而努力，却忽略了享受事情的过程，只是被结果所累，我们所缺乏的恰好是一颗平常心。当然真正做到以平常心面对生活，并不是那么容易的，真正做到这一点就成为和平战士了。

我觉得整个片子是一部心灵励志片，片子的重点并不在于主人公如何身残志坚，奋发图强，战胜身体缺陷，成为优秀的体操运动员。而是在于他是如何一步步战胜自己，使自己的心灵力量无比强大。我相信，成为和平战士之后的他，即便不是做他之前擅长的体操，而是做其他任何事情，只要他喜欢去做，就一定能够做到非常优秀。生活中，并不是所有人都能真正成为和平战士。但是很多人往往能在某些事情上表现出异常的坚强，能够用平常心看待，在此时，此刻，他就是一名和平战士。把生命中的各种经历都当作实践，把不同的遭遇都当作获取智慧的源泉，专注于当下，专注于生活中每个时刻，做自己喜欢的事情，享受生命的过程，而不是过多地去计较功利和结果，这样的我们才能真正成为生活的强者。让他重新认识生命的意义。

《Flipped》film review 怦然心动 I do like a good coming of age story and I knew within the first 10 mins that I'd like this film.I find that stories and romances like this always work better set in an older more innocent time period.
I didn't realise until after that Rob Reiner had directed and in all honesty it wasn't too much of a shock.He did after all direct Stand By Me which is probably the daddy of coming of age stories.
As in the title,what I liked about this film was when it 'Flipped'.We'd first get Bryce's take on something that happens after which the same series of events would be told by Juli.It's a simple story - girl likes boy,boy doesn't like girl and only realises he does just after
begins to not like him.It's nothing new or original but it told with a simplistic charm and works wonders thanks to the two leads and outstanding supporting cast.
This is a nice film.One of the type that will put you in a good mood and make you long (if you don't already have it) for a true love story of your own.My only complaint is the running time which seems way too short.There's so much build up to the inevitable between Bryce and Juli that when it comes,that's it - end of film.

What can I say about Pixar? Amazing?? Perfect?? Got to see this at the Cannes Film Festival in France (went on a trip with my family) and Pixar gives us another instant classic: Up.
The movie focuses on 78-year old man Carl Fredrickson's (voiced by Edward Asner) life who always had a dream of going on a journey to South American to see the wilds of it. He buys thousands of balloons just to attach it to his house to float up in the sky. So, he starts with his journey up in the sky in his house with balloons attached to it. Suddenly, he's not alone and somebody's at the door while flying, it's a boy scout kid named Russell. He invites the boy with him on his journey to South America.
Just brilliant and simple story-telling, beautiful visuals as usual with Pixar, awesome voice work, funny and smart dialogue, beautiful score once again by Michael Giacchino & very, very enjoyable characters. Speaking of characters, the highlight of the film: Dug the Dog. A sort of "robot" dog that will have you have you in a lot of stitches each scene that dog is in and that was the case with me. Simply, one of the funniest characters Pixar ever made. Pete Doctor, one of the four Pixar directors (John Lassester, Andrew Stanton, Brad Bird) who directed Monster's Inc (2001) needs and should get nominated for his clever, genius and smart directing of this but if Stanton didn't get the nods for (Finding Nemo and WALL-E) and Bird for (The Incredibles & Ratatouille) which they should of been, then the Oscars are making another HUGE mistake for not nominating this guy for this movie.
Up is the funniest Pixar movie, funnier than the Toy Story movies, A Bug's Life & Finding Nemo which were the funniest, in my opinion. The movie is not just hilarious, it's emotional and sad at times. Like WALL-E, it focuses on the character feelings but not as magical as WALL-E. Still, Up is full of emotional, fun and hilarious proportions. Your in for a BIG ride in this!!

It is just a movie, so maybe it doesn't work like that in reality.A simply means is that the acting and story of this film got a high level like the real . And in my definition that's what a good movie should be able to do.

I watched Hachiko: A Dog’s Story days ago, eyes filling with tear. It’s really a fantasticly moving film.
The plot went as: A college professor (Richard Gere) took in an abandoned dog and they formed an unbreakable bond. The dog arrived daily at the correct time at the station, to meet his owner. After the professor died while away from home, the dog kept vigil waiting for his master for nearly a decade.
To wait for your love for a decade, which contains almost the whole life-time of Hachi, it’s an incredible dedication that we human beings never has. This is why the film strikes us a lot.
No one has the ability to show his love to only one person ring his whole life, let alone make friends with only one people; have the food that never changes year by year; do the same damn thing without complaining and conciousness of exhaustion. We can’t! However, what we could learn from Hachi is that we should never forget the one we once loved.
A detail in the movie catches my eyes. One day when professor was on his way to school, Hachi fetched the tennis ball as he was taught years ago. But ring the last several years, he never did like that, because to fetch a ball in this way is not his instinct. Why Hachi did so? He wants to entertain his master for more palatable food, for a hug? I’m afraid not.
Research and statistics prove that pets are more sensitive in human’s potantial deseases than us do. Hachi fetched that ball because he knew that his master is going to die because of his heart desease. It’s his only way to hold him back.
Hachi has been waiting in the weeds, waiting for his only fellow to walk him home. His hope has been floating in the breeze, carrying his loneliness and misery all above the ground. Maybe professor knows, but he could never come back.

I watched a film in computer, the film is named <Ice Princess>.
Although this is a typical commercial film, but deeply touched my heart. Only sticking to dream can we realize to it. I remember when cancy gave up Harvard, she and her mother have such a conversation:
Mother: Cancy, you can't do this, you are giving up your dream!
Cancy: No, mom, I'm giving up your dream!
See here, I understand why this movie will have so much resonance. I feel like Cancy, the parent holding her give up her's dream, but never thought about whether her wants. I admire Cancy, when she faces her mother love things, but she doesn’t like to it, she has the courage to refuse it. A dream for many people, the word may indeed just a dream, only to survive in the heart, never thought I could go for, only too much because they can not cast aside, after the failure of total fear nothing. Indeed, the cruel reality can really frustrate a person's enthusiasm. Yes, I still want to give it ago, the same as Cancy.
The film also does make my mind suddenly had a big change, I began to call upon their past, are beginning to understand the way the future. It must be my own. The need to pursue the dream of the cost, I must learn to give up a lot of other things. Thinking many times, each time hit my heart.
