1985年12月4日，該劇移至宮殿劇場繼續上演，並於2004年4月3日移至皇後劇院，上演至今1995年10月8日，為慶祝該劇上演十周年，於皇家埃爾伯特大廳進行了十周紀念演出，並發行DVD。

這場演出為了展現音樂本身的魅力，簡化了表演和服裝道具，在演出結束後，17個不同國家版本的冉阿讓扮演者依次在各自國家國旗的指引下上台，在當晚主演寇姆·威爾金斯的領唱下，每人依次用本國語言唱出一句劇中曲《你可曾聽到人民的聲音》（"Do You Hear the People Sing?"），之後當晚的全部演員合唱一曲《只待明天》（One Day More）。
