《電鋸驚魂》高分血腥電影榜首，片長103分鍾，某瓣評分8.8分。

一覺醒來的亞當（雷•沃納爾 Leigh Whannell飾）發現自己被困在一個廢棄的廁所里。他的對面是同樣命運的勞倫斯（加利•艾爾維斯 Cary Elwes 飾）——他們被人用鐵鏈綁住了腿，並吃驚發現二人中間橫亘著一個恐怖的死人。

《孤兒怨》描寫扭曲人性的
《沉默的羔羊》很經典的說
《致命ID》小說構思很瘋狂，原來人的內心世界可以那麼豐富。
《終極面試》非暴力，但劇情也是是一群人在密室里找答案。
《7宗罪》非常經典
《致命彎道》1-4，我感覺第二部最好看，血腥感覺非常好，血腥大片，驚悚片好愛著必看
《隔山有眼》1-2，美國經典血腥片，第二看堪稱神作，血腥度，自我感覺超過電鋸驚魂，其中還包括變異礦工
《黑暗侵襲》1-2 這個電影第一部在當年被評為最佳恐怖片，血腥，驚悚，最重要的是人性的表達，這點事高於其他純血腥片的，在經歷死亡邊緣的時候,你會救自己還是救朋友？
再介紹一點小眾的，沒有上面的那麼有名氣，但是血腥度，驚悚度絲毫不差，都是我自己看過的
《非禮勿視》《 千屍屋 》《保齡球》《死亡真面目》

貌似這些比較好看，其他還有很多純粹追求視覺刺激的電影我不太喜歡
電鋸驚魂精彩之處不就是描寫人性的？要看刺激的視覺效果，直接豚鼠系列，不解釋
