《暮光之城》系列電影一共有五部，都是根據小說家斯蒂芬妮.梅爾的同名小說改編，這一系列電影主要圍繞著男女主人公愛德華和貝拉這一人鬼之戀描述。

整個系列的影片看下來，感覺完全弱化了吸血鬼這一題材，更多的就是對於感情線的描述。一千個觀眾眼裡有一千個哈姆雷特，對於不同需求的觀眾，這個《暮光之城》系列也是不同的評價。我感覺這個系列的影片更像是披著吸血鬼外殼的純愛電影，主要就是男女主的愛情線來拍出五部電影，為了湊篇幅中間加以戰爭和第三者來，為了把這些劇情加入足夠合理，所以引入吸血鬼和狼人等，感覺有點本末倒置。
