費利克斯·薩爾騰(1869～1947)奧地利著名小說家、劇作家，也是一位著名的記者。薩爾騰擅長寫兒童小說，其中的主人公尤以動物居多，作者藉助動物們的形象，以擬人化的手法，栩栩如生地反映了人類與大自然、與動物和諧相處以及嚮往幸福、希望和平的美好願望。
