1、導演-Director

一般電影的製作流程如下：

1、選擇劇本

這是最重要的，一般是由製片人來選擇劇本，但是也不缺乏導演來選擇劇本的，但是導演在選擇了一部好的劇本之後，就要說服公司以及製片人來為他投資。

2、資金

電影的成本不僅包括導演，編劇，攝像，演員，場景，拍攝，後期，食宿行等的費用，而且包括市場營銷及宣傳的費用，通常市場營銷及宣傳費用等於拍攝費用或1/2的拍攝費用。

而國際電影製作中導演只需要負責好電影拍攝的任務。在國際化的電影製作中是劇本選擇導演，而不是導演選擇劇本。製片人在電影籌備時還要擔當起選擇演員的任務，在中國大陸這些都是由副導演來完成的。

【拓展】 影視英語學習

到考完口譯之後(這時候除了簡單的瘋狂主婦之外其它的絕大部分節目尚不能看懂)，我開始正式向英語電視發起進攻，力求不看字幕地聽懂(破釜沉舟)，從此展開了一段曲折而妙趣橫生的道路，不想長篇大論地闡述，這里歸納成幾個關鍵事件：

1)精練音調 Friends不戰而勝：

剛開始「破釜沉舟」的時候，大腦聽的很累很慘烈，每次都是高速運轉，聽懂的部分聽的很辛苦，聽不懂的部分完全抓不住，而且越想聽懂越聽不懂，疲憊不堪。後來有一個事件令我改變了對「聽電視」的看法。

聽得英語電視多了，我一直很想嘗試一下象他們說的那麼快(但又很清晰)，於是花了三個月時間練習快速發音(整體音調，不是個別發音)，對著錄音筆一遍遍地朗讀，然後播出來看效果，再按照自己的「音感」修正(我不喜歡模仿任何人的口音，全憑自己的'感覺)，力圖說的又溜又快又清晰。一次次的錄音、修改，為了琢磨一個小音常常要重錄好多次。這三個月內我的嘴經常都是麻的。

真正練下去就發現想說的快且溜，就必須掌握很多含糊音的技巧，不能每一個音都字正腔圓，這樣反而重點不突出;很多不重要的小詞應該是弱發音，不用完整地發出來。其實真正要達到英美人說的如此之快是非常難的，但這個體會的過程是很重要的。

三個月之後的有一晚我剛朗讀完，這是英語電視上正在放《24小時》，突然間發現聲音自動進入我腦海中，我完全不用主動去聽就懂了。後來上了電腦，找到硬碟里放著以前的Friends一聽，發現也是一樣，每一句話都很清晰，自動入耳即懂，一點也不覺得速度快。這是我第一次體會到輕松地聽懂(不感覺到大腦累)美劇。當然這兩個劇比較簡單，70%的電視劇都比這兩部要難的多，但是給我的一個啟示：

把基本的發音和音調搞清楚，象24小時、Friends這樣簡單(以短句為主，情節簡單)的劇自然就能懂，根本不需要辯音。

後來有一次我去電影院看《國家寶藏2》，聽的每一句話我心裡暗暗跟讀一次，就自然懂了，完全不需要辯音，除了個別幾個單詞不懂，這個劇我能聽懂98%以上，而且全都能復述出來，其實大部分都是常用口語。

2)從被動聽到主動聽 超越聲音融入畫面

聽懂Friends之後我進入了一個很長困惑期， 一方面簡單的節目輕易能聽懂;另一方面難的劇如prison break，Ugly betty，Las Vegas還是困難重重，尤其是Las Vegas這么聽也跟不上速度，一季過了又一季，還是聽不懂，無計可施;後來我做了一個大膽的嘗試，不認真聽了，重點分析圖像，觀察主角的動作、表情和故事發展，預測會說什麼(用英語想)。這樣一來竟然能聽懂大概了，雖然很多音漏了，但故事發展至少能跟上了。

從前看英語影視節目，思維都是跟在聲音屁股後面走，對畫面缺少分析，窮於招架。而主動去分析劇情，就也是一種交互，而且有了參與感，結果犧牲了部分細節，但保證了整體劇情和娛樂性。

其實按照打乒乓球的原理，接球的時候我們並不是眼緊盯著球的線路，這樣多半會來不及反應，而應該是看著對手的動作方位預測球的來路，對球的線路大概看一下就可以了。聽英語就如同接球，應該重點放在劇情和畫面，對聲音泛聽才是能欣賞全劇的正確辦法。

對聲音泛聽，開始的時候確實會漏掉很多細節，這是必要的犧牲;等到英語思維提升了，口語提升了，細節的部分就慢慢浮出水面。

3)提升英語思維 用口語發展潛意識

欲速則不達，既然我的口語沒達到那個水平，就自然聽不懂比較難的劇，所以我不會強求聽懂多少，關鍵是在過程中提升自己的英語思維。一方面不斷地把聽到的一些英語表示法應用到自己的口語當中。另一方面加強對畫面的融入，把自己想像進畫面，就在主角的身邊向他說話，對他提醒，反駁，甚至譴責，關鍵是能把自己融入進劇情。有時候也可以跟讀。

其實聽多了很多常用的口頭禪會不直覺地說出來，而且自然模仿了音和調，自己會說了當然心不在焉也能聽懂。到常用的詞句掌握越來越多的時候，很多都可以潛意思的聽懂，思維也越來越有時間去關注比較難的詞，進入一個良性循環。水平也自然慢慢提升了。

學習者家園後來出國出差的時候，酒店的電視幾個台的英語電影多數對話我都能心不在焉地聽懂;前一段時間去電影院看《水嘯霧都》，基本上是和看母語的狀態是一樣，大腦很悠閑，竟然有不想去看字幕的感覺。當然有個別字聽不懂，但能感覺到大概的意思，對整體劇情的欣賞影響不大。

當然我現在還是有很多聽不懂的地方，這個是不可避免的;我曾經問過在外國生活多年的華人，他們一樣不能完全聽懂。關鍵是能要聽懂常見的主流劇比如： 越獄，醜女貝蒂，緋聞女孩，絕望主婦，慾望都市等等，另外其實電影整體比電視要簡單，熟悉了電視節目，很多電影其實並不難。
