法國名城戛納，因每年舉辦國際電影節而廣為人知。對這一地名的翻譯和讀音，我一直心存疑惑。因為，從字面上說，「戛」只有一個讀音jiá，《現代漢語規范詞典》還特別提示：「不能讀成gā」；那麼，「戛納」就應該念成jiánà。
