大致情節是在一架因意外出事的飛機上,男主角要克服自身的問題來拯救飛機的故事.
裡面有許多經典的橋段,也被日後的許多電影所借鑒.個人認為周星馳的一些電影段落就有其著這部片子的影子.
個人影響最深的一個段落是:影片開始男主角乘TAXI來到機場,對司機說等一下,然後碰到了以前的戀人而上了飛機.最後影片結束,子幕放完後的一個鏡頭是那個司機還等在那.
