另外，two days' sports meeting 說明運動會的時間持續兩天，如同a week's holiday 、ten minutes' break；而two-day sports meeting 的意思是運動會的安排為兩天。two-day作為形容詞對運動會的性質作出說明。但是既然用所有格形式，就應該用定冠詞the更好。

3 重點在前面。既然問題出在but上，我們來看but這個詞。
(1)首先，它有幾個詞性，每個詞性有不同的意思，這是最根本的問題：

顯然這道題它是連接詞。
另外有一個很常見的習語：tired but happy 就是」既疲勞又高興「的意思
(2)看題：_______ of us felt very tired but quiet happy.
首先，從but的角度來講，but 作為連接詞，既可以連接兩個單詞，又可以連接兩個句子。分別來看：
①but 連接兩個單詞：即上面提到的tired but happy。語義上通順。從意義上看，這時主語是不可以用none的。否則變成「沒人既疲勞又高興」就不對了。這時句意為「大家都很累，卻很快樂」
②but 連接兩個簡單句：
這里有一種可能性：but 連接了兩個句子，而在後面的句子中有一個省略結構，省略了主語和謂語。不知道你們老師講沒講過省略結構。其實，完整的句子是這樣的：
None of us felt very tired but (we felt) quiet happy......
這種省略方法，其實是把前一句None of us felt very tired等同於了 We felt not very tired.
於是當寫成這樣時你就可以明白：We felt not very tired but (we felt) quiet happy.
當然這里句意也與情況①不一樣了。意為「我們不感到累，而是快樂」

有人可能不理解，因為在語法中主謂相同的時候才可以省略第二個句子的主語和謂語。而在形式上看來第一句的主語是none of us。但是不要忘了，none 和never一樣，是可以直接起否定意義的。那麼這時把none轉移到後面看做 no 或not是有道理的。換句話說none of 這個詞語，就等於 don't 。不要直譯成「沒有人感到……」而是翻譯為「沒感到……」

那麼在這種情況下，這是一個非常規矩的結構：not...but...不是。。。而是。。。
這也是沒有問題的，而且在這種情況下必須用否定的none，否則沒有否定詞，這種結構就消失了。正是none給予了一個否定詞使得句子結構變得清晰完整。

所以，從but的角度看來，填everyone和none都說得過去，而且個人覺得none的結構要好很多。因為這種結構正式，嚴格，高級。

(3) 以上是解答LZ的疑惑。現在看來，第一空，D優於C。第二空，從句子結構和語義上看，D優於C.
另外，我覺得另一個最重要的問題在於，every one不對。
要知道，every one 與everyone的根本區別在於，前者是名詞短語，後者是代詞。
我們可以看一下，類似的結構有：
none of us all of us any of us each of us 它們都是用代詞修飾的。
從這點上來講，everyone of us要比every one of us 強很多。
雖然在市面上你可以看到很多「every one of us」，但是你會發現，它們好像都是出自中國人之手。可能現在美國人也不太在意這種東西，就無所謂了。但是做題的時候還是要忠於語法規則為好。況且，說「every one」就足夠了啊 為什麼非要加of us啊，看上去傻傻的。不過可以說「every one in my class」 「every one among us」之類帶有范圍介詞的短語，of us 就免了吧。AC之中，我寧願選A。
