黃真真執導，該片以紀錄片形式拍攝，更找來「性女」鍾愛寶、導演許鞍華、過氣艷星、名模及港姐各不同范疇女性講述對性愛、愛情觀等。完完全全的女性題材電影，如果說這個片子都不被列入「女人必看」，難道該片算是「男人必看」？不過男人也需要看看，以加深對女人思想的了解。
