首先電影的中文譯名與原著甚至電影的英文版原名不同甚至完全不搭是不存在版權保護等一系列法律問題的!
其次作者給書起名《Gone with The Wind》,名字著重點是在故事的主線,即戰爭年代人門的生活隨波逐流,居無定所!
而電影起名為《亂世佳人》則把著重點放在了劇中的女主人公斯佳麗(費雯麗飾)劇中斯佳麗絕對是最主要的角色,而電影以直接或間接用主人公名字命名也是常有且符合邏輯的一種方法(比如後來又續拍的亂世佳人續集就命名為斯佳麗,英文原版也是這么命名的,當然不推薦去看,會毀了原著的感覺的...).
再者電影的命名也會影響票房,你說命名為<隨風而去>,你會去看嗎,而亂世佳人則很好的吸引了眼球!!!
