Finding Nemo
Finding Nemo is a great story. Try not to look at it as a naive cartoon just about fish swimming around. If you really look into it deeply. You will learn lots of value.
At first Nemo was just a kid as any kids. He thought he can do everything. When he tried to prove how brave he was. He swam alone far away. And then got caught by human. And after that is the story about how Nemo's father try to rescue his son and Nemo how to escape by himself. And in the procere Nemo has learned he was only a kid. Something he can not do. He should not be that naughty and let his father worried about him. In another way, his father felt regret about how rude he treated his son. At the end of the story, the met again. And they finally knew the relationship of family is the most valuable thing in the world.
Nemo's story actually happen to every kids and parents. Parents want their children become better and their children always want to show they have already grown up. From the story, I think they should both learn something.

I honestly don't know where to start with this movie. I will say however, that - like many other people - this is the film I've been waiting 20 years to see.
I suppose it's sensible to start with what should be the foundation stone of any cinematic experience - the script. It's cheesy, cliché-ridden, and poorly-structured. Characterisation (especially of the Autobots/Decepticons) is non-existent. Optimus Prime uttering the words "My bad" must go down in history as one of the worst moments in movie history. Actually scratch that - the "lubricating" scene is definitely worse. The writing of human characters is lazy at best, sticking with stereotypes such as the beautiful code-breaker, fat computer whizz, bumbling government agent etc etc. The performances (Shia aside) are instantly forgettable, but a great deal of that comes down to the script and direction. Megan Fox may be a great actress for all I know, but she may as well be a stripper for the purposes of this movie.
The effects are incredible (although not helped by Bay's erratic editing style), but when you've no reason to care about them it results in an empty experience. Effects DON'T MAKE A MOVIE.
With Spielberg as part of this project I allowed myself a little optimism, but it's patently clear that Bay and Co. had no understanding or respect for the Transformers franchise. GIANT "FLIPPING" ROBOTS BLOWING "STUFF" UP this may be, but it is most certainly not Transformers.

阿甘正傳英文觀後感(單詞數:213):
The movie tells the story of Forrest Gump, who was born with some disabilities, but he has overcome them and somehow seems to be present at a lot of historical moments. He's in love with his childhood friend Jenny, who constantly eludes him.
Tom Hanks gave us an unforgettable performance that goes down in history as one of the greatest. He is lost in this character and Gump takes a life of it's own. Probably one of the most lovable characters in the history of cinema. Jenny, the woman of his affections is played by Robin Wright Penn, her performance is almost saddening. Her life is constantly spiraling out of control and you can do nothing to stop it. Gary Sinise is hilarious as Lt. Dan, the hard ass in the army who loses his legs. We love to hate it at the beginning, then we come around, much like his character.
Forrest Gump is an everyman film. Meaning the almost everyone will like it. Some political messages may turn people the other way, but the overall feel of the film is something that a lot of people share. Every once in a while there is one film that touches a lot of people, I think Forrest Gump is one of those films.
遺願清單觀後感(單詞數:219):
Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman star in The Buket List. A film that was a ton better than I expected. Freeman plays Carter, an engineer and Nicholson plays Edward, a miserable rich man. Both of them have cancer. Both of them had or has a family, of course. While in the hospital, Carter comes up with a list, he calls it The Bucket List. It's a list of all of the things you want to do before you die. For instance, witness something majestic, laugh until I cry, and kiss the most beautiful girl. Edward thinks those are lame, so he adds a few.
When Edward and Carter get out of the hospital and do cooler things. They go skydiving, to France, to Africa and many other places .Sean Hayes from Will & Grace stars as Tom, Edward's assistant. Though his name's not Tom, it's Matthew. Edward thinks it's too Biblical. That's pretty funny.
The Bucket List is a fun film to watch. I don't know why so many critics around the world bashed it. It's also very funny. I think the part that makes it funny is Jack Nicholson. The film is also a drama, Nicholson's character is having problems with his daughter. The Bucket List is truly a great film. Put it on your list to watch.

英文影評:千與千尋(Spirited Away) Animated feature from Japanese master Hayao Miyazaki. A young girl finds herself trapped in a mystical realm, where she must find a way to save her parents - who have been turned into pigs There's something almost criminal about the way Spirited Away took over two years to reach Britain after its original Japanese release. In Japan, Hayao Miyazaki is both commercially successful (his films regularly beat box office records) and highly respected (Akira Kurosawa said: "I am somewhat disturbed when critics lump our works together. One cannot mimimise the importance of Miyazaki's work by comparing it to mine."). In Britain, however, his work has barely got more than a few cursory arts venue screenings. At least Spirited Away - which took the Berlin Golden Bear in 2002 and the Best Animated Film Oscar in 2003 - made it. Better late than never. After the stress of making his last film, 1997's Princess Mononoke, Miyazaki had a breakdown and retired. But he came out of retirement when an idea to create another, lighter film began to take shape. Princess Mononoke was an action-packed epic that ranged across 15th century Japan. For Spirited Away he returned to the quieter - but no less serious - themes that he addressed to a degree in 1988's My Neighbor Tortoro. Both films feature a family moving house, girls getting used to upheaval, and elements of 'Alice In Wonderland'. But where the 1988 film used a few specific motifs from Carroll's book (a plunge into a 'rabbit hole', a version of the Cheshire cat), Spirited Away casts its 10-year-old protagonist, Chihiro (Hragi; or Chase in the US b), fully into a Wonderland, a mystical otherworld populated by animal spirits and gods. Chihiro arrives in this realm by accident. Her parents, heading for their new home, take a road that leads into the woods. Arriving at a dead end, they walk down a corridor through a building and emerge in what dad takes to be "an abandoned theme park". It's something like a Japanese Portmeirion, but eerily deserted. While her parents greedily help themselves to food, Chihiro wanders off and meets Haku (Irino; or Marsden), a boy who warns her to leave before dark. She's too late though - a lake has appeared, blocking her route, ghostly forms have populated the town and her parents have turned into pigs. She's trapped. The only way to survive, Haku tells her, is to get work in the bath house that dominates the town. Here "eight million gods rest their weary bones", according to Yubaba (Natsuki; or Pleshette), the witch who runs the establishment. Chihiro makes her way to meet Yubaba with the help of Kamajii (Sugawara; Ogden Stiers), a multi-limbed codger who runs the boiler house, Lin (Tamai; Egan), a serving woman with a taste for "roasted newt", and even a 'Radish God', a giant sumo of a chap with tuber-like appendages. Yubaba is hardly forthcoming - her realm is "no place for humans" - but she's forced to give Chihiro work, thanks to an oath she swore. Chihiro gets work helping Lin. But the management give them the worst jobs - such as assisting a hideous oozing creature they take to be a "Stink God; an extra large stinker at that". It's an entity so foul its smell makes food rot instantaneously, while its suppurations fill the room with a noxious gloop. Chihiro - or Sen as she becomes when Yubaba takes her name as part of her contract - does get by in the bath house, but it's not without further incident. She may lose her identity, but she retains her decency. One act of kindness results in a dangerous spirit, No Face, getting into the bath house and wreaking havoc by playing on the greed of the other employees ("Gold springs from his palms!"). She even gets involved in an adventure that reveals her mysterious bond with Haku. But can she save her parents? It's often said that Katsuhiro Otomo's Akira (1988) is the greatest anime ever. That's as maybe, but every one of Miyazaki's films is a masterpiece, so it's hard to pick just one that stands out. It's also tricky to compare his works with the more traditionally received notion of anime (giant robots, demons with phallic tentacles, telekinetic fighting, atom bomb-style explosions etc). Although Miyazaki insists it's not his role to be didactic, all of his work (notably his second feature Nausicaa Of The Valley Of The Wind and Princess Mononoke) has strong messages about ecology and the human relationship with the natural world. But he's also fascinated with coming-of-age stories, notably about how girls (many of his protagonists are young females) can not only face up to alt responsibility, but also how they can become strong, principled members of society. Here Chihiro is forced to grow up fast, but the process, while gruelling, is not without real benefits, as her understanding of the way society functions and experience of alt emotions develops exponentially. Some aspects of the film are likely to be too foreign for Westerners - we're ignorant of Japanese belief systems, with their hierarchies of entities - but Miyazaki's work has the power to transcend such culturally specific elements. While many of his earlier films drew on European stories (such as 1986's Castle In The Sky, from Swift), the folkloric features he reworks are often universal. But most of all, his team's animation - here utilising more digital techniques, while still being grounded in 2D traditions - is always beautiful and, in places, breathtaking. Locations are atmospheric, details are immaculate (you can identify the flower species in the gardens) and characters are diverse. Yubaba, for example, is a bizarre creation, a stocky woman with a huge head and even bigger hairdo; the bath house itself is stocked with all sorts of weird and wonderful creatures, from a Kermit-like assistant, to creatures reminiscent of his cuddly woodland deity from My Neighbor Tortoro, to troll-like beasts that look related to Maurice Sendak's 'Wild Things'). The only factor that could be seen as mildly misjudged is J Hisaishi's score, which is overbearing in places. It's no wonder the likes of Pixar's John Lasseter (who executive proced the US b) are so full of praise for Miyazaki. He's a true genius, an artist and great filmmaker who happens to work in animation - a medium often belittled as childish in the West. Spirited Away is wonderful. 蜜蜂總動員 Bee Movie review by Roger Ebert From each according to his ability, to each according to his need. -- Karl Marx Applied with strict rigor, that's how bee society works in Jerry Seinfeld's "Bee Movie" and apparently in real life. Doesn't seem like much fun. You are born, grow a little, attend school for three days, and then go to work for the rest of your life. "Are you going to work us to death?" a young bee asks ring a briefing. "We certainly hope so!" says the smiling lecturer, to appreciative chuckles all around. One bee, however, is not so thrilled with the system. His name is Barry B. Benson, and he is voiced by Seinfeld as a rebel who wants to experience the world before settling down to a lifetime job as, for example, a Crud Remover. He sneaks into a formation of ace pollinators, flies out of the hive, has a dizzying flight through Central Park, and ends up (never mind how) making a friend of a human named Vanessa (voice of Renee Zellweger). Then their relationship blossoms into something more, although not very much more, given the physical differences. Compared to them, a Chihuahua and a Great Dane would have it easy. This friendship is against all the rules. Bees are forbidden to speak to humans. And humans tend to swat bees (there's a good laugh when Barry explains how a friend was offed by a rolled-up of French Vogue). What Barry mostly discovers from human society is, gasp!, that humans rob the bees of all their honey and eat it. He and Adam, his best pal (Matthew Broderick), even visit a bee farm, which looks like forced labor of the worst sort. Their instant analysis of the human-bee economic relationship is pure Marxism, if only they knew it. Barry and Adam end up bringing a lawsuit against the human race for its exploitation of all bees everywhere, and this court case (with a judge voiced by Oprah Winfrey) is enlivened by the rotund, syrupy voiced Layton T. Montgomery (John Goodman), attorney for the human race, who talks like a cross between Fred Thompson and Foghorn Leghorn. If the bees win their case, Montgomery jokes, he'd have to negotiate with silkworms for the stuff that holds up his britches. All of this material, written by Seinfeld and writers associated with his television series, tries hard, but never really takes off. We learn at the outset of the movie that bees theoretically cannot fly. Unfortunately, in the movie, that applies only to the screenplay. It is really, really, really hard to care much about a platonic romantic relationship between Renee Zellweger and a bee, although if anyone could pull if off, she could. Barry and Adam come across as earnest, articulate young bees who pursue logic into the realm of the bizarre, as sometimes happened on the "Seinfeld" show. Most of the humor is verbal, and tends toward the gently ironic rather than the hilarious. Chris Rock scores best, as a mosquito named Mooseblood, but his biggest laugh comes from a recycled lawyer joke. In the tradition of many recent animated films, several famous people turn up playing themselves, including Sting (how did he earn that name?) and Ray Liotta, who is called as a witness because his brand of Ray Liotta Honey profiteers from the labors of bees. Liotta's character and voice work are actually kind of inspired, leaving me to regret the absence of B.B. King, Burt's Bees, Johnny B. Goode, and the evil Canadian bee slavemaster Norman Jewison, who -- oh, I forgot, he exploits maple trees.

1.Sorority Row
8 months after the accidental death of their sorority sister, a group of sorority sisters are targeted by a serial killer.
Stewart Hendler's picture is a blend of the hormonal versus the slasher. The sex versus the violence. And whilst recent pictures have blended similar ideologies together (Donkey Punch etc) this is still a highly likable picture.
Beginning with your conventional teenage college party we see the camera flowing around in a big one cut opening sequence (impressive one to) as we see students demolishing their surroundings, couples getting frisky and even the odd brawl breaking out. Like the first series of Skins everything is spicy and elegant with colourful unknown protagonists.
From Bruce Willis' daughter to Step Up 2 star Briana Evigan we see a collection of attractive personalities engage in a sorority gathering and when a sexual prank goes from bad to worse in the middle of nowhere we dive right into gritty drama.
The dialogue in this sequence feels quite ordinary, as if plugged straight from any other horror. From the "What's happened" to "What are we going to do?" everything is samey but thankfully this particular sequence is saved through some wonderfully shot hand held camera motives. Flashes of panicked faces flash by in a whirlwind of emotional drama and incomprehensible circumstance and from there we have our horror.
8 months pass by with no incident and as the biggest party of the year arrives, so does a masked guest who targets the sorority girls. Scream was and perhaps still is the first and best original slasher movie thanks to its creepy flinching motive and dark intertextuality to other horrors. This 2009 picture follows similar traits with its unidentifiable villain and modern comedy style. From Facebook jokes to appearance jibes, this stereotypes itself into the trend of modern cinema. If you're looking for a refreshing bite of horror with raw humour like Scream, look elsewhere.
Not being too big on horror myself I ashamedly admit to flinching a few times but any big horror guru will not be unfazed by its frankly predictable justification of attacks. The humour is not on the scale of Scream or Scary Movie but modern culture gets a slap in the face with this collection of appearance, sex and party flicks.
Acting wise Evigan steps up from her blank portrayal in her last outing and the leader of the girls Leah Pipes is cruel and as suave enough to manage the others, easily generating the most humour. And whilst Rumer Willis cries all the way through and Julian Morris fits the stereotype of aloof boyfriend, they all fit easily to the narrative.
By far the best horror in the world, Sorority rows makes for a fun viewing with modern and current vibes of teenage angst and oppression.

喜劇動物片 101真狗
my personal favorite "101D" medium is Disney's "101 Dalmatians: the Series". It combines many themes of the existing material (Dodie Smith book, 1961 and 1996 movies). But still does its own things, too.
Our main pups include brave Lucky, who gets a strong personality mirroring his character in the book, lovable Rolly, the gourmand of the pups, and sweet little Cadpig, who is the true runt of the litter. Also there is Spot the chicken, who longs to be a dog. I find them all extremely amiable and enjoyable to watch. They are usually foiling Cruella's schemes for their land, or outwitting Lt. Pug (I'll get to him later), or sneaking into Grutely, or...just having fun, making a very likable show.
動畫喜劇 海底總動員
Somewhere, under the sea, weak-finned clown fish Nemo (Alexander Gould) lives with his fretful father, Marlin (Albert Brooks). Smothered by pop's paranoia, he ventures away from the reef, but his dad's dread is justified when a passing diver whisks him away.
Taken to a tank in a Sydney dentists, Nemo meets Gill (Willem Dafoe) and co - friendly fish who dream of escaping to the ocean. Meanwhile, Marlin bumps into a blue tang named Dory (Ellen DeGeneres), and sets out to save his son...
The splendour of natural history hit The Blue Planet is matched by the wit of the script and stars. Barry Humphries has a terrific cameo as a great white shark who's sworn off killing (Remember, fish are friends, not food!), while DeGeneres provides perfect timing and tone as Dory, whose short-term memory loss is a gag that never stops running
泰坦尼克號
After the appreciation of the film 「Titanic」, I have noticed some meaningful details behind the peoples』 general impression of simply an affectional film. The wreck of the Titanic occurred in 1912, in which the great recession started from the end of the 19th Century still hasn』t ended. Most critics pointed out that the sinking of the Titanic represents the collapse of the Capitalism in the end of the 19th Century. However, I would like to say that, in this movie, the director had not only foreran the crisis of the Capitalism, but also showed some of the human nature, from both gloomy and brilliant aspects, like selfish, mammonish, vainglorious, and love, hope, bravery, faith, and so on. In this essay, I will first reveal this film』s indication of the social context of that age, then I will analyse the two contrary aspects of human nature indicated in this film through some impressive shots.
Under the development of instrial technology, the economy in the Capitalism countries took off. People lived a rich, luxury and expensive life, and this rapid economic development lasted for almost 20 years. People had got used to this kind of life. The huge development in machinery changed people』s life greatly. Innovations of transportation, such as vehicles and tankers, allowed people to travel around. The appearance of these modern transportations was an important milestone of the instrialization. People thus became very confident on human intellectual capabilities. They believed their power of conquering the nature is inapproachable. While the Titanic is also called 「The Ship of Dreamers」, in this film, when it bearing in with the ocean in the darkness, the mysterious ocean represents the unknown nature and the ship itself represents the advanced material capabilities people owned. In a shot that Mr Bruce explains his design of the Titanic, he said 「the ship possesses huge size, stability, luxury, and strength」, and that」 the supremacy will never be challenged」. In fact, all these words can be thought of the symbols of the Capitalism of that time in many people』s eyes. They thought the Capitalism is just like the Titanic, which should be 「unsinkable」. The wonderful way of developing economy would stay in good condition eternally. However, things do not always follow the way people wish to be. The economic recession suddenly attacked the Capitalism countries at the end of the 19th Century. It was not until then that people did not realize the impracticality of their idealized 「unsinkable」 Capitalism. Capitalism will sink. And unfortunately it did sink. Just like the movie shows, when the ship broke into two parts and began to sink quicker and quicker, everybody knows the ship is going to sink, the priest kept reiterating to the disciples,」 the former would has passed away.」
As to the human nature uncovered in this film, can be thought of from both negative and positive aspects. I will first elucidate some gloomy characteristics revealed by the film. The first impressive characteristic may be that the fiancé of Rose, Karl would gain his ends by fair means or foul. When he noticed that Rose has obliquity with Jack, he took out the necklace with a diamond of 56 carats named 「the heart of the ocean」, to request Rose not to leave him. He knows that Rose doesn』t love him, but he chose to use money to keep Rose with him. When Titanic was sinking, both Jack and Karl were trying to trick Rose into getting on the accident boat. Since Karl had already bribed a sailor, he lied to Rose that he would ensure that Jack will also get on the boat. Nevertheless, when Karl himself was rejected to get on the accident boat, he again used an intrigue that he picked up an outcast child and pretended to be the father of the child, and managed to get on the accident boat. Another negative social mood of that time exposed by the film is vanity. Rose』s mother wanted to marry her daughter to Karl just because Karl is extremely rich, while she doesn』t care whether Rose loves him or not. When Jack wearing a suit borrowed from a woman to attend the dinner invited by Karl, he was respected by other guests. However, when he wore his own clothes maybe a little bit shabby, and tried to enter the ballroom to look for Rose, he was driven out by the two guards outside the ballroom. The two respondences depending on Jack』s appearance contrasted sharply, and really very shocking for us to imagine a society like that. Anyway, there are some brilliant aspects of human nature showed in this film. There is love, bravery, faith, and beliefs existing at the scene. The presence of love was impenetrated through the whole film. The love is not only expressed between Jack and Rose, but also exists among the families. When the water was poured into the ship, when men are forced to be obstructed from their wives and children, an old couple held each other tightly in the bed; a father comforted his daughter he will just leave her for a while, just a little while… When Titanic was sinking, some musicians were performing pieces of music, some disciples were praying to Virgin Mary around the priest on their knees…
In conclusion, the film of 「Titanic」 is not simply an affectional story between Jack and Rose. It shows more than love. The wreck of Titanic represents the collapse of the Capitalism, which is considered 「unsinkable」 by most people. The film also shows different aspects of human nature. Some people own strong vainglory, while some other possess much of love; still others are rich in firm faith and beliefs. We should always keep in mind that, no matter how enormous the calamity is, no matter how defective the people are, we should believe there are always more virtue than vice in the world…

This film was absolutely amazing. I have spent hours re-watching various scenes and noticing all the perfection with which they are acted and directed. It's not the violence or action sequences that make this movie so great (although they are well done...), but rather moments like where Mathilda knocks on Leon's door. It would be so easy to just film the door opening, but instead we see light illuminating Natalie Portman's face, symbolizing something angelic. And the moment has so much more meaning.
I know a lot of people who have seen this film because they are action fans. I'm not. But I'm glad I finally found it, because it's a wonderful film in so many other ways.

《阿甘正傳》觀後感
Forrest Gump
It is one of the greatest novels that I have ever read. The main role called Forrest Gump.Let me introce him shortly. Forrest Gump, who is unfortunately born with a rather low IQ, has already created a miracle, achieving a great deal of incredible success. He is a football star, a war hero, and later a millionaire. Stupid as he is, he gains his brilliant life indeed.
At the beginning of reading this novel, I thought an idiot』s life must be more difficult than others. His life must be full of mocks. My thoughts are proved in the book. Because he is an idiot, all the people look down upon him. Most of boys don』t want to share one seat with him on bus; many bad guys throw stones to hit him; he cannot be allowed to study into primary school at first; Jenny is the only girl that he loves all his life. But she thinks Forrest Gump doesn』t understand what』s love at first ……
After finish reading this novel, I learned a lot. Sometimes I think he is not a fool but a genius. His attitude to life is even clever than ordinary people.
Firstly, he is optimistic. He doesn』t do anything wrong but the society is unfair to Forrest. I felt very sad to him. However, Forrest is as optimistic as his mother .he always remembers his mother』s words: 「 stupid is someone who did stupid things.」 He does not do something stupid.
Secondly, he has strong willed. Because his IQ is lower than others, he has to concentrate on one thing. So he does well on everything he works. He loves jenny from the first sight at her to her death. At last, he gets married with her and has a son; he runs for 3 years just because he likes running; he loads a gun faster than other soldiers…
Thirdly, he is ideal husband. He is a man with a sense of responsibility. He loves Jenny very much. When others hurt her, he tries his best to protect her. He can earn a lot of money and he is a famous person in America.
So he is clever than others. Maybe a lot of people say he has good lucks. But I think character is bond to person』s fate. His attitude and his efforts to life make him has a happiness results at last.
In addition, I want to say something about destiny.
Sometimes we think god gives everyone different fates. Someone has good looking while someone is born in rich family; someone is good at sports while someone is good at arts. Take Forrest for an example. He is a fool but he has talent on sports, such as running or playing pingpong.so everyone has his or her own gifts. God gives him a great mother. She is clever. She can earn enough money to support her one parent family. She I is also optimistic. She never feels ashamed of her son. She is proud of her son. She never thinks Forrest is a fool. She wants her son can lead a life as an ordinary person. In order to let him study into school, she has sex with the headmaster. She is also intelligent. Every night she reads some books for Forrest and tells some simple truths to him. Such as 「There's an awful lot you could tell about a person by their shoes. Where they're going. Where they've been.」 「Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get.」
Thus, do not complain that you do not have something. Just like yourself and make your advantages better and better.
Sometimes we think we have bad luck. But in fact it is a good thing for us. I remember one classic sentence: life is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you will get from it. For example, because Forrest
always runs to avoid being hit by stones, his speed is faster than others. So he is chosen to baseball team and become to a famous player. He is so excellent that he has got chance to meet president. So whenever you are in trouble, do not think it is a bad luck. It is just a challenge. After overcoming it, you will gain more than you lost.
For me, I want to say, last one month I got very bad luck. I got break up with my boyfriend and I met traffic accident on my way to school. And my back was hurt. Because of being shot CT, a lot of acnes appear on my face. Furthermore, my study is influenced.
At first I felt very sad. I cannot know how to deal with it. I think I lost a lot of things. After reading the book, I changed my mind. The accidence makes me lost a lot of things. Meanwhile it also made me gain a lot of things. I gained a lot of love from my classmates, my teachers and my relatives. I become mature. And now I pay more attention about my health. If I can overcome this terrible thing, I will be great. And I can lead a splendid life in the foreseeable future.
After reading the novel, I watched the movie. As the beautiful music, there is a beautiful feather dancing with the breeze, finally lighting at the foot of Forrest Gump sitting on the bench. At the end of the film, the beautiful feather is going on floating in the sky. In my view, life is just like a feather, which can be changeable with the breeze in the sky. We cannot control the breeze. What we can do is to adjust to the environment. We should take advantage of our advantages. And try our best to make us dancing more beautiful in the blue sky. Our IQ is higher than Forrest Gump, so we have ability to live better than Forrest. Just seek for a better life through work hard.

Gua Sha is a movie about the differences between American and Chinese culture. Xu datong is a video games designer in St. Louis. When his father visits from China, he performs Gua Sha (a Chinese traditional treatment) on his grandson, which leaves bright red marks on the skin and causes a lawsuit of child abuse. In the court, Datong loses his mind so that finally he loses custody of his son. I think this scene is shocking and thought-provoking to most of the Chinese audiences. But the most impressing scene to me is the ending. Datong wants to see his son in Christmas eve, he has to climb a pipe to the ninth floor which his son lives. I think the pipe is not only a pipe, but also a gap, a deep gap between American and 5000-year Chinese culture. He wants to climb over the gap and he will never succeed, perhaps no Chinese people really could succeed.
範文二:
It's about assimilation into American culture, and not assimilation in an 」International」 city, like SF or NY or LA or Chicago, but St. Louis, MO (actually shot there). Really great acting, interesting story.
Gua Sha is a treatment in traditional oriental medicine in which a wooden board repeatedly slides across the patient's acupuncture acupressure massage points. It works in similar principles like that of acupuncture acupressure massage. This method would inevitably leave bruise on the skin, and the story
begins here, when the visiting grandpa who does not speak any English used this traditional practice to treat the grandson when both son and daughter-in-law were at work.
Sadly, in US, this is a story that repeats itself many times in the area where many oriental immigrants lives and all of these are e to simple misunderstanding between cultures.Gua Sha: Step-by-Step, by Arya Nielsen. If an acupuncturist is trained in Classical Chinese medicine, they will do this technique in their practice for pain, and for acute or chronic illness.
光榮戰役
About colonel's story, about strives for the free story, about Civil War's story.
Previously had known this movie, as soon as shakes such a year, settled the heart to look slowly finally, hero's story always could let the person mind jump for joy.
However the Arab League letter also had the new idea today, Monie asked that I liked watching the war piece, at that time a little the feeling which stumped. How saying that the good movie I looked.
However today the biggest harvest is unexpectedly in the time which takes a bath obtains, the concrete theory is as follows: The Arab League letter thought that the world is composed of the man and the woman, therefore we story always unavoidably will also have the men and women to blend in which, but the war will always be flooding the rank smell of blood, the violence, the battle, that will be belongs to the man, love will be illusioned, speculated subjectively, will be perceptual, will therefore belong to the woman, then any movie may this both fuse, that only then the war movie, this kind of movie influence has been together huge, whole families idle suitable, the men and women will sweep the decks, it may be said that in classics classics.

As my soul heels the shame, i will grow through this pain, lord, i'm doin' all i can, to be a better man.

This film tells us a story about how a common panda becomes a real dragon warrior. 這個電影為我們講述了一個平凡的熊貓怎麼成為一個真正的龍武士的。

Despicable Me 2 is a brilliant film with a great storyline and an impressive voice cast.
I definitely wouldnt say it was better than the first Despicable Me,the first one was a lot more heartwarming, but it still is a very good sequel and has everything you want in a family film, humor for both young and older audiences.
However, the story of the movie feels very scattered and throughout I felt like they were trying to fit too much in one hour and a half. I still enjoyed it nevertheless!
Avatar is directed by James Cameron. The two main characters are Jake Sully, played by Sam Worthington, and Neytiri, played by Zoe Saldana.
Clones named Avatars are sent to Pandora Planet to persuade people there to leave the planet so that human beings can exploit a rare mineral.Jake is sent there to control his Avatar. However,he comes across Neytiri and they fall in love with each other.Jake begins to see that nature and the planet should be protected. At last he and the people there work together to defeat human beings and send them back to the earth.
3D technology and the beautiful natural scenery are the two highlights of the film. The message of the film is simple — human beings should protect nature and live in harmony with it.
The show
After watched the movie, my feeling is very large .For happiness, we all have the right to pursue it, and no one can deprive us of the pursuit of happiness. In the film, the hero very poor, still did not give up the pursuit of happiness, that is worthy of our learning. As contemporary college students, we want to go to the pursuit of happiness. Is not only our personal happiness, but also people is happiness, happiness of the country. Students, our shoulders the historical mission of building powerful motherland, so, we should not live up to everyone is expectations, study hard, and the pursuit of happiness.
Harry Potter is a series of seven fantasy novels written by British author J. K. Rowling.
The books chronicle the adventures of the eponymous adolescent wizard Harry Potter, together with Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, his best friends.
The central story arc concerns Harrys struggle against the evil wizard Lord Voldemort, who killed Harrys parents in his quest to conquer the wizarding world, after which he seeks to subjugate the Muggle (non-magical) world to his rule.
This summer holiday, I watched an interesting American movie named KungFu PandaⅡ.
In the movie, there was a panda and his friends such as a tiger, a monkey and so on .The panda named Polo was so fat that he couldn』t see his own toes when he looked down .But he was very cute and full of fun, so many people like him .He was not an ordinary panda but an hero when appearing in KungFu PandaⅡ.Like many other movies in this kind, there was also a king who was very cruel. Of course, it was Polo and his friends』 mission to kill the bad guy. They made it. There were many problems, of course, when they tried their best to kill the king. And they overcame them by their courageand, above all, their friendship.
As for myself, through the movie, I learned many important things-confidence, courage and friendship. I realize that no one can defeat us so long as we are equipped with these important things.
This film was absolutely amazing. I have spent hours re-watching various scenes and noticing all the perfection with which they are acted and directed. Its not the violence or action sequences that make this movie so great (although they are well done...), but rather moments like where Mathilda knocks on Leons door. It would be so easy to just film the door opening, but instead we see light illuminating Natalie Portmans face, symbolizing something angelic. And the moment has so much more meaning.
I know a lot of people who have seen this film because they are action fans. Im not. But Im glad I finally found it, because its a wonderful film in so many other ways.
Based on the Stephen King (non-horror) novella 「Rita Hayworth and theShawshank Redemption」, this is a simple story of hope made remarkable by theinteraction between the two lead characters. Both Tim Robbins and Morgan Freemando a fine job in terms of making their roles genuine and appealing, and also inthe way they work so well together. The proction values throughout areoutstanding, but this is not a 「fancy」 film. Rather, it sticks to the story itis telling without resorting to flashy tricks to grab the audience』s attention.Although there is violence, some of it extreme, it is necessary to show the kindof place the prison is and is certainly not gratuitous.
The main theme is hope, not despair, and the violence serves only as a backdrop to that message.Unashamedly a feelgood movie, by the end one is wishing only that it wouldcontinue for a few more moments.
「Life of Pi」 is such an exciting movie that most people enjoy watching it,especially for teenagers. It tells a story where a boy called Pi lives alone with a tiger in a boat in the middle of the ocean. The boy is both smart and brave. He learns to know how to live together with the tiger that may eat him at any moment. However, with so many difficulties, the boy and the tiger successfully reaches the land and saves their lives.
As is shown in the movie, when we are in trouble, not only should we be brave, but also smart. More importantly, we should never give up our hope when faced with hardships. Nothing is impossible if we believe in ourselves. As an old saying goes, "Where there is a will, there is a way."

This film is based on a true story . That happened in Japan in 1935.So I was moved by the spirit of Hachi!
No one has the ability to show his love to only one person ring his whole life, let alone make friends with only one person; have the food that never changes year by year; do the same damn thing without complaining and consciousness of exhaustion.
We can’t! However, what we could learn from Hachi is that we should never forget the one we once loved.
In fact , some research and statistics prove that pets are more sensitive in human’s diseases than we do. Hachi fetched that ball because he knew that his master would die because of his heart disease. It’s his only way to hold him back .
Hachi has been waiting in the weeds, waiting for his only fellow to walk him home. His hope has been floating in the breeze, carrying his loneliness and misery all above the ground. Maybe professor knows, but he could never come back.

I have never seen such an amazing film since I saw The Shawshank Redemption. Shawshank encompasses friendships, hardships, hopes, and dreams. And what is so great about the movie is that it moves you, it gives you hope.
Even though the circumstances between the characters and the viewers are quite different, you don't feel that far removed from what the characters are going through.
It is a simple film, yet it has an everlasting message. Frank Darabont didn't need to put any kind of outlandish special effects to get us to love this film, the narration and the acting does that for him.
Why this movie didn't win all seven Oscars is beyond me, but don't let that sway you to not see this film, let its ranking on the IMDb's top 250 list sway you, let your friends recommendation about the movie sway you.
Set aside a little over two hours tonight and rent this movie. You will finally understand what everyone is talking about and you will understand why this is my all time favorite movie.

Avatar is one of the movies which I enjoyed best。
Not only the 3D effect, but also the scenario shocked me very deeply。
Because of my first 3D movie watching experience, the view from movie abstracted me at the beginning of the film。
The people, the tree ,the tank and other things in the movie are so real that I afraid something hurt me if I don't have my attention。
What I learn from the scenario is that if people want to get along well with others, they should learn from the others, understand the others then when they make decision, they should put themselves into other's position

Last night, I saw a great film, Forrest Gump.I am greatly impressed by this film, by the stories of Forrest Gump.Forrest Gump was born in a small village. He was born mentally retarded, and he was discriminated by others. But his mother is a strong female who encourages Gump to be strong and live the same as normal people.Besides, he meets Jenny, a tragic but kind-hearted girl. With the love of his mother and Jenny, Forrest Gump begins his running all his life.I am moved by his strong will, kindness and optimism. There are many miracles in his all life which seem impossible to him.But I know is reasonable, because he wins them with his noble personalities.
My Favorite Movie
我最喜歡的電影
.Among so many films I have watched, the one I like best is High School Musical. This film tells the stories about two high school juniors from rival cliques – Troy Bolton, captain of the basketball team, and Gabriella Montez, a beautiful and shy transfer student who is a hard working girl.Together, they try out for the lead parts in their high school musical. In this process, a series of stories happen, but in the end, the musical achieves great success and Troy and Gabriella fall in love with each other. It』s totally a happy ending.I like this movie because the high school life in that is so colorful and amazing, which I admire so much.Besides, everyone loves happy ending of love story.
The Impression of Hachiko
《忠犬八公的故事》觀後感
In recent years, the film 「Hachiko—A Dog』s Story」 has been very popular. It mainly shows an impressive story between a loyal dog and a professor. As far I am concerned, there are many things we can learn from the film.
近年來,電影「忠犬八公——一隻狗的故事」非常的流行。主要說的是一條忠實的狗和一個教授之間的感人故事。對我來說,我們可以從電影中學到許多東西。
To begin with, I believe that most people who have watched this film were moved by the dog』s loyalty. The dog has waited for his owner for a lifetime and hid loyal behavior has taught us never forget anyone we loved—the meaning of loyalty. We can learn that we should try to get along with each other with true affection and never betray in an intimated relationship so that we can strengthen our relationship and understand each other better. And we should believe that there is still a true affection in the world.
