甄兆人（錢小豪飾）

錢小豪：

簡介：錢小豪祖籍廣東三水，1963年出生於廣東。但在香港長大，自幼習武。14歲時，錢小豪因在功夫擂台比賽中獲銅牌，被電影公司相中。進而加入邵氏電影公司訓練班，不久被名導演張徹羅致為旗下演員。在《廣東十虎與後五虎》中初露頭角，繼而在《飛狐外傳》中任主角。

蔡少芬 （飾謝銀嬌）

蔡少芬，香港女藝人，知名演員。蔡少芬於1989年曾參加無線電視超級模特大賽，1991年以17歲之齡參加香港小姐競選，以大熱之姿獲得季軍並與香港電視廣播有限公司簽約，其後演出多部電視劇，成為香港tvb當家花旦，現多在香港及內地拍戲。

楊雲清（張兆輝飾）

張兆輝：

簡介：佛山南海人，出生在香港，第11期無線電視藝員訓練班(1982年)畢業後加入香港無線電視，其後演出香港八一至香港八六這香港無線最長1400多集的處境喜劇，1986年《神勇CID》首次擔任男主角，之後陸續主演《黃金十年》、《名門》、《邊城浪子》、《情濃大地》、《龍廷爭霸》、《魔刀俠情》、《梟情》、《神槍狙擊》等幾十餘部電視劇。

小桃（楊羚飾）

楊羚：

楊羚出身於演藝世家，是著名電影演員兼粵劇名伶劉克宣的外孫女，並且是亞洲電視前「鎮台之寶」劉志榮的外甥女。她於1985年起已加入無線，在多部電視片集中參與演出。

嚴世蕃（羅樂林飾）

羅樂林：

羅樂林，1943年8月11日出生於中國香港，香港TVB合約藝人。1970年加入佳藝電視入行，1976年在古裝劇《神鵰俠侶》中飾演第一男主角楊過，是第一代楊過。1978年，主演武俠劇《流星蝴蝶劍》飾演孟星魂一角。

《十三密殺令》講述了明朝嚴世藩（羅樂林）為排除異己楊繼盛，遂派出豢養的殺手「十三死肖」往楊家斬草除根。楊家乃武林世家，十二死肖接連失手，藩最後唯有派出最厲害的第十三死肖「人」（錢小豪）執行任務。適盛之子雲清（張兆輝）有事要赴武當，楊家無人能敵「人」之武功，慘遭滅門。

當「人」手刃身懷六甲的楊家媳婦時，天剛正亮，就在此刻「人」發生極大變化！原來「人」只能於夜間殺人，天亮便復現人性。「人」在日出那瞬間殺人，良心發現痛不欲生，決背叛藩流浪江湖。藩恐「人」成後患，下令餘下死肖追殺之。「人」幸得清仗義相助，得以殲滅所有死肖，清更不記舊仇助「人」解除毒咒回復常態。「人」為報答清，決以死贖前罪……

該劇講述了明朝嚴世藩（羅樂林）為排除異己楊繼盛，遂派出豢養的殺手「十三死肖」往楊家斬草除根。楊家乃武林世家，十二死肖接連失手，藩最後唯有派出最厲害的第十三死肖「人」（錢小豪）執行任務。適盛之子雲清（張兆輝）有事要赴武當，楊家無人能敵「人」之武功，慘遭滅門。當「人」手刃身懷六甲的楊家媳婦時，天剛正亮，就在此刻「人」發生極大變化！原來「人」只能於夜間殺人，天亮便復現人性。「人」在日出那瞬間殺人，良心發現痛不欲生，決背叛藩流浪江湖。藩恐「人」成後患，下令餘下死肖追殺之。「人」幸得清仗義相助，得以殲滅所有死肖，清更不記舊仇助「人」解除毒咒回復常態。「人」為報答清，決以死贖前罪。
